Posting Guidelines

Broadly stated, the goals of this site is to provide an online meeting place for business owners seeking business partners, barter buddies or franchise opportunities.

Biz Partner Hunt expects users to follow a few simple posting guidelines (described below) and by posting to our site you and others agree to abide by them. Biz Partner Hunt reserves the right to remove or deny any postings that are considered inappropriate. Examples of inappropriate posts are those that contain pornography, obscene material, racist material, bigotry, Nazi (or other hate group) material, materials promoting violence, threats or illegal acts, etc.

These guidelines are intended to help maintain a useful amount of order in a large site like this and to promote better posting. They may be revised without notice.

Here are a few dos and don'ts:

• Post relevant ads under the appropriate listing category (biz partner, barter buddy, franshise)
• Do keep it clean - Refrain from abusive language and all profane language. 
• Do use common sense - If you read a post that sounds too good or strange to be true, it probably is.
• Don't play games - Don't represent yourself as another person, create or use another login to avoid a revocation of posting privileges, misrepresent the site or your role in it.
• Your ad may not contain: copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright or have the owner's permission to post the copyrighted material); trade secrets (unless you own them or have the owner's permission to post them)
• No material that infringes on or misappropriates any other intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Do not post anything that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful; or anything that is embarrassing or offensive to another person or entity.
• You may not use your ad to impersonate another person, living or dead or post false, inaccurate or misleading information.
• Your ad must contain sufficient detail to convey clearly to the User the nature and requirements of the business opportunity, or your qualifications as a candidate for business partnership.
• Biz Partner Hunt is under no obligation to monitor the ads posted on the Site, but it may monitor ads at random. Ads found to violate the above Posting Rules may be removed at Biz Partner Hunt's discretion.
