A business teacher in the Detroit Public
Schools has established a new Web site to help
small businesses find business partners.
The site, http://www.bizpartnerhunt.com/,
aims to provide a central, online place for
current and future business partners to find
suitable business partners and investors.
It's the brain child of Kesha Gayles-Brown, who
said it grew out of her own experience matching up
business partners among her friends and business
contacts.
"I noticed with a lot of people I was helping,
they lacked skills in a couple of areas, but
wanted to go into business for themselves,"
Gayles-Brown said.
Anyone looking for a business partner or
investor can go to the site and post an ad. All
ads are reviewed to ensure that they meet the
guidelines of the site.
To contact Gayles-Brown, e-mail admin@bizpartnerhunt.com.
Gayles-Brown said the site, launched early this
year, is attracting about 30 hits a day.
Gayles-Brown also teaches Web site design and
several types of software.
